Hosting an Event

  1. Register Your Organization.
  2. Login to your Administrative Panel & Create Your Event.
       -Select a name for your event.
       -Select the start & end dates.
       -Select the game or games and any optional aspects that are offered for them.
       -Select the approximate number of supporters you expect to participate.
  3. Payment plan that work best for you.
    We customize the plan for you. Contact Us for a plan created specifically for you and your organization.
  4. Click Confirm to Create the Event.
  5. Return to your Admin Panel During the Event.
    You can view your sponsor activity and tournament standings live while your event is ongoing. You can also view past event activity and use that information to plan future events based on the games / tournaments that your sponsors respond best to.

Common Questions

  • Who can start a fundraiser?
    In order to start a fundraising event one must be registered as an organization. After filling out a registration form we will review your information for qualifying and once approved you may log in to your admin portal through a link provided in your confirmation email and start your event.
  • How do I invite people to my event?
    When an event is created, a unique event access code is displayed. This code is what is used by supporters to access your event and it's tournaments. Use this code in all your event promotion material and instruct your supporters to enter your code to access the event.
  • How many tournaments can I create for my event?
    You select the number of tournaments, types of games, and other customizable aspects of your event.
  • Can I edit my event after I have created it?
    If you event has not yet started, you can go into your administrative panel and select "EDIT" to modify your event. If your event has already began, please Contact Us to see if it is possible to make any changes that you are attempting to make.
  • How do I get the word out about my event?
    When hosting an event you can get the word out to your supporters and potential new supporters in many different ways. Try to create events as far in advance as possible to allow you ample time to promote the event before it begins. Methods of promotion include but are not limited to:

       -Social Media
       -Email Messages
       -Word of Mouth
       -Promotional Flyers & Posters
       -Highlight on Your Website Homepage

    Any creative means can be used as long as you are able to provide a reference to the TG Impact app for mobile and your event access code.
  • How do I know how effective my event was?
    You can always assess the effectiveness of your event by logging into you administrative portal and viewing the History and Reports tabs. These areas provide extensive data about all past events that you have hosted including how many supporters participated and how many funds were raised.
