How do I join an event?
You can join an event by typing in the Event Access Code for the specific event that you want to join.
Can I join more than one event?
You can join as many events as you would like. On your "My Events" Page select "Add a New Event" to enter additional codes.
What is the minimum contribution to play?
If a minimum is set that is done so by the sponsoring organization. TG Impact has no control over and does not
participate in the collection of funds in any way.
How do I get a tax receipt for my donation?
For questions regarding tax receipts and forms, please contact the organization that you made your donation to.
How do I start playing the games?
Go to your "My Events" Page and select the active event that you are seeking to participate in. A list of tournaments will be displayed
and you can select from the tournaments and then click play on the pop-up to enter into a specific tournament.
What are special prizes in some events?
Some organizations choose to offer special prizes to the winners of their tournaments. These prizes are directly from
the organizations themselves and they handle all awarding of the prizes. If you win in a tournament with a special prize
you should contact the events organization coordinators for information on how to claim your prize.
